Fastening the lobster clasp on her pearl necklace, Serena ran her fingers along the centre of the gem strung rope chain. Giving a final cursory glance in the mirror she finished off her morning routine by coming her hair, straightening her dress ever so slightly. She rotated one of the pearls between her fingers for several seconds before grabbing her bag and keys.
