Summary: Wavecrasher and his comrade share their doubts about their role in the war

None of the soldiers believed in the essence of all the speeches their military leaders where holding. As if this war would be over in a couple of deca-cycles, maybe one or at most two stellar-cycles.

"The war is raging since eons and we should be the chosen ones who would finally bring peace to Cybertron? Sorry, I don't believe that."

Wavecrasher just looked down at the mech whose name he had forgotten with a concerned expression on his face-plate. He lowered his voice, admitting that he too had doubts as to why they were seen as the peace-bringers.

"I assume they think since we are the first group of soldiers, who had been trained under the new program, we are now the best who had ever been forged. Tzz, it was a hell of a training and yes, we got very realistic simulations along with training sessions but ..." Wavecrasher shrugged his massive shoulders as simultaneous his lip-plates curled into a doubtful smirk.

He knew that it if someone would hear them talking like this, it would have grave consequences. As much as he doubted that they would be the mechs who would write a new chapter in Cybertronian history, it was a fascinating thought.
