Title: Mozzie's Mulled Wine
Summary: Wine, mulled ;-)

Notes: Ok, so this is actually my take on summer mulled wine.  I live in wine country, and for me, at least, that's part of the White Collar appeal.

Recipe:
- Wine - I'm sure Mozzie would use Neal's best.  I used what our local winery is too ashamed to put their label on.
- Grape juice - add to taste.  Most recipes add sugar - this adds both sweetness and lowers the alcohol level.
- Fruit - I only had apples, but any summer fruit should do
- Spices - cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger
- Garnish - any edible flower.  I went with lemon geranium (leaves and flowers), but I think rose petals are more impressive
- Lots of ice

Mozzie with too much time on his hands: Heat up all the ingredients - I gave it ten minutes, but it can probably use a bit more.
Lazy Mozzie:  Forget the fruit, use ground spices and just stir everything really well
- Sift into bottle
- Refrigerate
- Serve with ice
