As mods, we are well aware of how difficult it is to keep up a posting streak, and we’ve decided to offer a little bit of help. If your streak is at least one year long, and you accidentally miss a round's deadline, you can contact the mods (via our contact post) for a single-round extension.

Requirements
- Your streak must be at least one year long before you qualify for a streak aid extension.
- You should contact the mods as soon as possible after the missed deadline.
- You must still post a work for the round that you missed, and that work must be posted before the end of the current round (when the extension is granted).
- To keep your streak going, you also have to post a work for the current round’s prompt during the round.
- If you use a streak aid extension, you can't apply for another one until at least a year has passed.
