Okay, I have officially sent this to a whole bunch of folks who have never podded,or listened to pods before. Desiree... I just realised you are the reader! Well, wow. You REALLY get that rage across,as well as the confusion, and, at the very end, the hope. (Though I love the abruptness in the text 'shoves.')
Really nice.
This one was a lot of fun to do -- a great opportunity to chew some scenery, and very in-the-moment.
You have a wonderful voice, and the angry part is SO ANGRY, and just. Wow.
I've been experimenting with, er, highly theatrical podfic, and this was a great text for it. I had a lot of fun recording it (and then had to spend a while unwinding from angry-Ray headspace afterwards!). :)
