It is a horrible disaster. He can’t be mad. He has to be nice to the poor waitress who looks so tired that spilling the soup on his head was obviously nothing but a mistake.

He blinks under soaked noodles. “Sorry.”

She cocks her head to the side and fights a smile. “Don’t be.”

“You’re not mad?”

She fights and fights before failing spectacularly. Ron Weasley ‘s eyes widen when his date bursts out laughing. “Oh, Ron. You’re such a magnet for these things.”

He grins widely before looking at her in confusion. “What’s a magnet?”

Hermione Granger laughs louder.
