I think I qualify for 5 works posted in first 5 days, but only if I've correctly understood the clarifications re: use of 2 old works.

My most recent 4 works (posted since May 20) were all posted within 5 days of the opening of their respective challenges: Precedent, And I Shall Pledge With Mine, Self-Medication, and All About Breakfast.

I posted in the amnesty round, and at that time declared two prior works to count towards a badge. The rules clarification looks as though those two works continue to count towards future badges. If that's the case, then Cigarettes counts towards Early Bird, bringing me up to 5.

If not, I'm one short, in which case, never mind. :)

I think (well, I think) I've posted six consecutive challenges. ? If so, have I earned a badge? And if not... how far off am I?

I'm easily confused when it comes to number...

Oh, and a question about the genre badges! Does a work in, say, a fantasy fandom count towards the fantasy badge, or does the work itself have to be of a fantasy nature? (I'm guessing the second, but since I've pestered you with so many clarification questions already, one more won't hurt, right? :P)

I'm frantic about getting posted on time, praying that you'll allow my being maybe 30-45 minutes past deadline. I had planned to post as soon as I got home from work, and then I had car trouble on the way home from work (just arrived home), had to leave my car behind and walk home about a mile in near-100 degree heat. Frantic to get this fic into THIS challenge because it's a companion piece to one that's already posted to this challenge. *begs frantically*

Probably in about two hours -- does that give you enough time?"), but when I clicked on the reply link it went to a window that said "unhandled error".
