Rachel Zane, from Suits, is a foodie. So, I found several recipes that Rachel would whip up using apples.

Rachel would know that apples aren't only for pie, so she would make these savory tarts that meld onions and apples and cheese together.

For breakfast, she might whip up this Apple Farro Breakfast Bowl.

If it's cold, maybe a nice warm Kale and apple soup.

Let's start dinner with a salad, maybe one of these: Israeli couscous and apples, spinach apple salad. Or, perhaps you'd rather a smoked trout-apple hash instead of the salad?

What's for dinner? Maybe this roasted chicken, or this pork with apples, bacon and saurkraut. (Sounds amazing, right?)

And you'll need a drink to go with your meal, so maybe either this apple cider mimosa (video link), or this Apple, Lemon, and Gin Shandy.

And, for dessert, because Rachel would never end a meal without dessert, you'll have either, cranberry apple crisp (probably a recipe from her mom), honey custard with caramelized apples, or, a non-traditional cranberry apple pie on a shortbread crust.

Alright, if it's not dinnertime, maybe you just need a quick sandwich for lunch, how about a grilled cheese sandwich with gouda and apples?

She'd probably throw in a nice mug of hot apple cider, or maybe just a refreshing glass of apple juice.

There would of course be a twist on caramel apples and candy apples just for fun.
