"'Tis a very, very fine house," the Dwarf said, "with two cats in the yard." He sighed. "Life used to be so hard." A short bark of laugh. "I'd say it's better now."

"You are rambling in your old age, friend," the Wizard replied. "But this is a decent domicile. Might even be enough room within for the Sorceress and her furniture."

"There are merits to a four-poster bed," the Sorceress added, shrugging.

"So there are," the Dwarf admitted, "but getting it up those stairs is going to be a bastard. Might have to call the Fighter for that."
