Hi! I'm Guy Fieri and we're looking for the galaxy's greatest diners, drive-ins, and dives!

This little red landspeeder is a sweet ride here on the desert world of Tatooine. This place reminds me a lot of the deserts in Nevada and California... wicked sandstorms though... could use a little more windshield on the speeder.

One of the residents I talked to when I was asking directions to this place told me, "If there's a bright center to the universe, you're on the planet that it's farthest from." He could be right, but they still need to eat!

So here we are in Mos Eisley – a little dive called The Cantina. Judging by the number of speeders parked outside, this looks like it's a pretty popular spot.

And it is! The place is packed... the ambiance is amazing. There's a live band playing - they call themselves Figrin D'an and the Modal Nodes – their music an enthusiastic blend of upbeat jazzy pop on a variety of instruments. And the clientele... well they come from all over the place. Probably better not to ask too many questions.

But let's get past the bar and into the kitchen and see what they're offering on special today. Ahh here we go - BBQ bantha ribs... whoa those babies are BIG. That must take an enormous smoking pit!

"I think I'll try a sandwich of the meat shredded from a couple of those ribs. If you've got a bun big enough. Is this what you usually serve with it? What'd you call them?" I adjust the translator in my ear, but it still sounds like 'womp rat fritters." Okay there you have it.

Don't tell anyone - I'm going to steal a chip of the bark on that rack of ribs. Ummm... delicious!

And look at that sauce... I don't even recognize most of the spices the wookie cook is tossing into the bowl. I filch something that looks a lot like a scotch bonnet. Yowser... that will send you right to Flavortown! "Sure, add a couple more. Didn't need my tastebuds anyway."

This sandwich is huge... I have to push up my sleeves and get ready to open my mouth really wide to get a bite of this one. Here we go....

BANG!! BANG!

"What's going on here? That sounded like blaster shots." I nearly drop my sandwich - but I save it! Ah, it looks like a small disagreement between a couple of customers. One of them looks human... maybe I'll take this sandwich to-go and try to get an interview with him before he rides off into the sunset. I want to ask him what he ordered and if he enjoyed his meal. And about that blaster fight... who shot first?
