Summary: “Yeah, that phrase is bit of an urban legend.”

“I heard that Jim Taggart once said,” Karen started.

“Said what?” Jackie asked, prompting Karen to continue with her train of thought.

“There’s been a murder,” Karen sheepishly replied, feeling ridiculous for even uttering the phrase.

“Not true, none of us have actually said that. I have heard it from people who have raised the alarms, suspects and even the fiscal’s office over the years.”

“Really?”

“Yeah, that phrase is bit of an urban legend.”

“It does seem like something he may have said though.”

“Before I worked with him, he might have. It doesn’t sound like something he’d say.”
