Summary: Apollo celebrates the vernal equinox.

The sun clears the horizon on the vernal equinox, and Apollo grins fierce and bright as light floods the earth. He's been held back all winter, slowly regaining his power since the solstice, and now it's time, warmth and light returning to the world.

He understands seasons and cycles. He respects them. But he chafes to see his people suffer in darkness and cold, to hear Demeter grieve and be unable to offer even sunbeams' touch as relief.

It's over now for another year. Today he splits time evenly with the dark, and his time only grows longer from here.
