Bodie needs a plan. A good plan. If he is going to have any chance at revenge his plan must be watertight and bulletproof.

Hang on a minute... watertight?

He wastes the next few minutes fantasising about a soaking wet Doyle, curls plastered on the side of his face, almost see-through shirt sticking to his stomach, trousers soaked and...

Bodie shakes away the image. Doyle will not only be wet but extremely annoyed as well. Bodie grins. I can work with that.

He devotes half an hour to perfecting things. Getting the bucket balanced just right and then retreating to a safe distance while he waits for the inevitable to happen.

"Good thing no one else is here." Bodie sniggers. He can't help himself. "That'll teach Doyle to eat the last doughnut."

He can hear the telephone in Cowley's office start to ring. The perfect opportunity.

"Ray! Telephone!" he bellows over his shoulder.

"Cowley'll get it," Doyle says, right behind him, making Bodie jump.

"Cowley's here?"

Bodie stands up. The telephone is still ringing and now he can hear Cowley's footsteps approaching. He waits and hears the door open, a crash as the bucket falls, a cry of outrage.

"Bodie!"
