As she was padding to the kitchen, Buffy rolled her eyes and marched in, smiling. “Late night gossiping?” she asked, taking a water bottle from the fridge. “Please, don’t stop on my account.”
Vi winced. “We were, um…”
“Look, it’s no mystery that Spike and I dated for a while. Ask anyone in this house, it’s old news,” said Buffy, taking a sip. “But I don’t appreciate your gossiping. You’re living here rent-free, girls. Show some respect.”
