Summary: The hobbits celebrate after the fall of Sauron.

The afternoon of the party, Mr Frodo wakes in better humour than Sam has seen him in days. He tilts his face to the sun like a daffodil, hums Elvish tunes in his bath, and praises the flower arrangements so lavishly that Sam blushes beet-red. He is bright-eyed at dinner. When Mr Merry and Mr Pippin bellow one of Mr Bilbo's toasting songs in the Ringbearers' honour, Mr Frodo's laughter spills out as sweet as the eggnog they've all indulged in; if Sam's head weren't spinning like a Catherine wheel, he'd drink another three pints just to hear it again.
