Summary: Celebrian accepts an invitation


Celebrian had to admit, the scenery was very nice. Not what she would have expected, accepting the invitation to this ... event ... more out of a sense of duty than anything. "An Exhibition and Competition of the Arts of Close Physical Prowess, Including the Kinds and Classes of Wrestling of the Tulkanildi, Nessanildi, and Oromenildi, as well as examples from the traditions of Men and Dwarves" the actual, printed invitation had proclaimed, in letters picked out in several colors. "The Pleasure of your presence is requested in the Gallery of Honored Observers. Enclosed please find details of the Event and Venue."

So here she was, ensconced in a pleasant seating area with a perfect view of the area in which most of the action would take place; that action currently elves of many kinds, most of them wearing very little, stretching, warming up, getting a feel for the space they would be moving in. Elves did not generally revel in the attributes of their hroär, except as they served their needs and wishes, but consciously or not, every person she could see was aesthetically pleasing to watch in one way or another, and she was quite looking forward to the events.
