Thank you so much! The glitchy effect is actually pretty easy to do in Photoshop (and presumably other software as well, I just know PS best). I just duplicated the layer a few times, and then you can turn off the R, G, or B channels and nudge them a bit to the side to give it that "colors coming apart glitchy" look. I did one with just the R channel on and one with the G&B channels left on, plus the original image left below so I could erase the sections that I didn't want to look as glitchy, like the face.

Thank you! ♡ I knew how to do a glitchy effect in theory, but I've never actually tried, and I would probably go some longer way to achieve it, so this helps. :D
