Sure, he was the number one when it came to it’s class, since there was no higher rank than Seeker Air Commander but he was still just the second in command. It was not fair, he, a member of a higher social class was beneath one of a lower class.

Starscream glanced at Megatron who stood at the control desk, trying to get a stable connection to Shockwave. It was really not fair at all, that he was in a position to boss him around, let out his frustration on him and push him around whenever he was tired of him.
One day he would regret this behavior, this was something Starscream had sworn himself.

He had spent mega-cycles imaging what he would do to Megatron once he would be able to leave the second place in the Decepticon hierarchy. On this glorious day Megatron would expire how it was to be just the number two: so damn close to the top and yet far away from it.
