Summary: Floral fireworks



The garden was an explosion of color -- blues and purples, pinks and golds and reds. There were smaller explosions also -- stalks springing up with flowers that looked like ribbons bursting forth, deep green leaves launching globes of blue and purple filaments, each tipped with a white spark, even the dandelions joined in the fun with their silvery seed-heads. Flowers in spikes, in towers, globes and umbels. Classic chrysanthemums, alliums and agapanthus, rockets and waterfalls, petals and stamens and stems everywhere.

After all, why shouldn't Fingon have a garden exploding in color and life, under the bright blue sky of Aman?
