Helios: A word that meant sun, back on Earth that Was, where a different sun made a different dawn as it rose over the horizon

Orbit: they should have stayed in one, instead of setting down, but the Captain says it's hard to deliver cargo from space. He might be right.

Rim: they're right on the edge of it, but somehow never fall off. A misleading word, she thinks.

Iridescence: the word for the way the sun shines through the water sprayed up on the windows, painting rainbows on Serenity's insides

Zero: how much warning the Alliance thinks they have, sending ships here to reclaim her, to put the secret back in the box

Orderly: rows of skimmers cresting the horizon towards Serenity, thinking she'll be caught asleep on the breaking dawn

None: voices left after the canons fire, filling up the windows with smoke instead of rainbows
