"When you said you wanted to do some painting, this isn't quite what I pictured." Carl adjusted his leg. This was the most uncomfortable stool ever, and he was naked for fuck's sake.

Peter frowned. "Stop moving."

Carl adjusted his other leg just to be difficult, prompting Peter to tut, and to come over to adjust his position yet again.

"How much longer?" Carl didn't really hope Peter was nearly done, but he had to ask.

"Days, probably." Peter chewed on the end of his paintbrush.

"What? Peter!"

"But if you behave yourself, maybe tomorrow we can do it indoors."
