Summary: Kingship: counsel, duty, joy

We lead because they would follow
We shine in the light of their hope
We rise on the strength of their hearts
The privilege of the crown
We listen and learn from all counsel
We work for the weal, warding all
We speak not for one but for many
The duty and right of the crown
We stand at the forefront as heralds
We shield those behind with our words
We wield and are wielded as symbols
The valor and might of the crown
We hold fast to fealty proud given
We give our own oath in return
We serve to the need of the kingdom
The burden and joy of the crown
