Author notes: This is part of my Griþian and Friþian series. It takes place after Enchanted and before Sanctuary, but you don't need to have read any of that to enjoy this. It's just a series playing with the idea that there are old laws tangled about the post of Guru keeping Clef from being allowed romantic attachments, because the idea amuses me terribly.
Summary: (Umi/Clef) It wasn't a date. It couldn't be, but it definitely felt like one.
