You watch the waterfall as it disappears into a cloud of spray, refracting the sparse bits of sunlight that reach you through the canopy.

Yavin IV is beautiful... and dangerous. You might be the odd one out here in terms of Force sensitivity but you don’t need it here - you can feel the anger, the desire, the power that lurks below the surface. The troops are noticing the same thing; they might not have a name for it but they’re clustering close to each other, looking around. They know something is very different here.

Your mother is keeping a straight face but you know she feels it too. She’s even more distant than usual, protecting herself, like the other Jedi in her entourage. Darth Marr and his Sith, on the other hand, look right at home. You’ve heard stories about Korriban; hopefully you’ll never have to find out firsthand.
