Admin: Tag culling, round 2

As you may know, our DW community has a limit of 1,500 individual tags. We're nearing that limit and need to cull tags again.
Because most of our tags are fandom tags, we've decided to combine some of the oldest fandom tags that have only been used once. This will be a rolling project as we mods have time, and we'll post the list each time so that anyone who would like to create a second work for one of these fandoms has the opportunity to save it from our pruning!

You also have 'romeo + juliet' and 'romeo and juliet' tags. (There's also a 'Shakespeare (various)' tag if you want to merge those with it?)
The fandom tag 'Thor' entires could go under the 'marvel cinematic universe' or the 'marvel comics' tag I suppose?

We'll probably leave the Romeo/Juliet tags alone for the moment. Romeo + Juliet was a particular movie and shouldn't necessarily be combined with the other. We'll take a look.
