The Archangel has blessed you. You are holding your child, this tiny miracle, wondering how that wicked man who you'd thought drowned in the river of salvation could have had any hand in creating such beauty.

She doesn't scream. She is quiet, perhaps sensing that you are the same man who had just sold her for something as insignificant as money, but that man is still the only father she's known. He hardly deserves smiles, does he?

You hear the other approach, clutch her jealously to you. You will be a true father to her. You will make her great.
