The fire drove her: bonfire, cook-fire, lightning and sunlight, candle and torch, forge-spark and the glint of steel on stone, the burn of need and the warmth of hands, stretched out to heart-fire and hearth-fire. Earth and water drove her: the sigil's weight, the ocean over which the princess' prison sailed.
