Adults never make any sense.

Molly'd been hoping her parents were different, back when they were alive, but apparently, she was wrong about that, too. They left her a stupid envelope with a stupid key and a clue like something out of a video game. Who does that?

She wants answers, real answers, and it's pretty clear she's never going to get them. The Yorkes sent her away and wouldn't explain why, just that she'd understand 'later'. And now her parents are just the same, never telling her anything. Even when they're dead.

'Later' isn't coming. Molly's on her own.
