After the fourth time, Johnny takes Lorna aside.

"Look. You and Marcos--" he swallows hard. "You should keep it in your room."

Lorna blinks for a moment. Blushes. Johnny tries not to hear her heartrate kick up.

"Well, that's... embarrassing," she finally says, looking away.

"I don't mind," Johnny blurts out, and her eyes flicker back to his. "Not like that. But I keep..."

"Walking in on us." Lorna makes a joke of it, wry grin flashing. "In flagrante."

"In something, that's for sure."

"But you don't mind?" she asks, one eyebrow arched. "As long as we know you might... walk in?"

It's Johnny's turn to look away. She can't see the flush on his cheekbones.

"And here I was, expecting another lecture on living in close quarters and making accommodations," is all she says, but he hears the question in her tone.

Johnny doesn't know how to answer it.
