A suggestion that has enthusiastic support on the domestic front here! The real problem is the colour. There are very very few black or grey or even brown ones. They are all very bright yellow and red and blue. I might need to get him some in a more subdued 221B-ish palette :).

Thank you! It's hard not to laugh at PEEPS. And the apple was actually very helpful in terms of propping John PEEP up until I figured out how to use the outlet cover (the plastic thing you put in the electric outlet so the baby doesn't electrocute himself) as a stand.
