Here is the link to the spreadsheet, which you can save and use at will! I think it's probably fairly self-explanatory - you paste your links/fills into the sections they belong to and when you fill to a yellow box, you win a badge!

On the bottom of the sheet there are tabs for navigating from section to section which can sometimes be hard to see, but they keep everything from getting too cluttered.
