Summary: Coulson should have known better than to try and argue with Tony Stark, Bucky Barnes, and Steve Rogers, even if the latter two should have known better than to be heard agreeing with a supervillian.

“The next time you all are sent to suppress a supervillian, I would appreciate if you all were not heard agreeing with him as you worked.” Coulson looked around the room at the Avengers, including shooting a glare over at Tony Stark, who couldn’t stop laughing at the two supersoldiers sitting in the corner of the room.

Steve raised his head to stare at Coulson. “I was only agreeing with him that it was stupidity that Pluto wasn’t a planet anymore, not that blowing up Manhattan was a good way to get it put back as one.”

“That doesn’t fix the problem,” Coulson said. “That only means that we have more to clarify in a press release.”

Bucky shrugged. “That’s your job anyways.”

“No, it isn’t.”

“My apologies, it won’t happen again.” Steve said.

“Yeah, because the scientific community is going to be falling over itself to put Pluto back now that Captain America is on Pluto’s side,” Stark said.

Coulson sighed, before deciding to just leave the room.
