There were many problems with having Super SEAL Steve as a boyfriend. Not the least of which was sand on the bed sheets and high speed chases on the sides of cliffs. But, the current problem was the impending weekend, because, circled in big purple sparkly marker (so sue him, it was one Grace left behind and the only writing implement he could find in his godforsaken rats' nest of a junk drawer) was STEVE'S BIRTHDAY. The first gift giving opportunity since they'd gotten together and Danny had no clue, no clue whatsoever on what to get the man.
