Alphas: Fanfic: Data for the Soul

  • Sep. 22nd, 2014 at 4:42 PM
Title: Data for the Soul
Challenge #96: Music
Fandom: Alphas
Rating: G
Length: 100 words
Summary: Gary saw music in the data streams.

Gary saw music in the air. Not music that was the kind that is sung or played on the piano or another kind of instrument, but, for him, music came out of the lines of data as they whispered to him and told him their secrets, slipping into his eyes and ears and traveling down to the very center of his belly. Doctor Rosen had made him listen to opera once, claiming it was wonderful music that withstood the test of time, but it didn't compare to the raw joy Gary felt when data streamed around him, calling his name.
