Photographer notes: I first listened to this band (Shonen Knife) in 1982, if my memory isn't failing me. (They formed in 1981). It took until last month for me to see them play live, and I'm not over it yet :)
The drummer Risa, in the middle of this photo, is the only one not in the original line up, though Atsuko (left) has been in and out. Her sister Naoko (right) is the only one who has been there the whole time.
