Content notes: Prepared based on online crochet doll pattern (basic body, arms, legs), with some additions to make it more Groot-like


Artist notes:
I prepared this for the original Yarn challenge, but decided it wasn't good enough and put it aside. Just recently I was going over old pieces and re-discovered it... on second thought, it didn't look too bad. I finished the ends and added the green/leaves.

He looks great! I'd want to add a mouth but honestly I am so impressed with the hair and all those wonderful vines, they must have taken ages! Recognisable as Groot at first glance and so soft :D

Thanks! You are definitely right - I didn't add a mouth because I'm especially bad at them. And therefore I made a few dolls which don't have mouths. Maybe I need to practice mouth making...
