tag culling, 2013-2014 edition

Because most of our tags are fandom tags, we've decided to combine some of the oldest fandom tags that have only been used once. This will be a rolling project as we mods have time, and we'll post the list each time so that anyone who would like to create a second work for one of these fandoms has the opportunity to save it from our pruning!

For this round, here are some single-use tags that haven't been used since 2013/2014, and how we'll replace them:

No objection to "A Traveller in Time" being combined as I doubt I'll be writing for it again any time soon, but it should go into book, not TV :)
