Steve lifts the blankets and slides into bed, pressing himself up against the warm body of Thor. He wraps his arms around the god's waist, holding him close. Soaking in his warmth.
 
He buries his face in the man's broad back, letting out a relieved sigh.
 
It had been a long, tiring day full of important meetings, reports, and training. He would be lying to himself if he said he hadn't been looking forward to this all day; slipping into bed with Thor.
 
Comfortable, warm, and with Thor held within his arms, Steve lets his eyes slip close, falling asleep.
