Power Rangers: Fanfic: Comfort
Title: Comfort
Fandom: Power Rangers Dino Charge
Pairing/Characters: Prince Phillip/Koda
Challenge: #322 Roof
Rating: PG-13
Length: 200
Summary: Koda is missing his family, Phillip comforts.
Comfort:
Phillip finds Koda on the roof, staring out quietly at Amber Beach. Idly he wonders what the patrons of the museum will think. It’s not often one looks up and sees a barefoot, shirtless man just sitting above their heads.
It’s easier to join Koda here than it would be in a tree. He takes off his shoes, tests the temperature of the roof, and then slides off his socks. He really hopes he doesn’t fall or give the paparazzi fodder.
Koda huffs as Phillip steps out onto the roof, but then he turns and a smile lights up his face. Phillip smiles back. It’s a few careful steps to join Koda, but then he settles behind the other man, letting his legs settle on either side of Koda’s as he wraps his arms around him. Koda sighs and leans back against him.
“Bad day?” Phillip asks.
“Better with you here,” Koda says.
Phillip presses a kiss against the side of his head and Koda closes his eyes.
Before he can ask Koda shrugs, then looks at him, and admits. “Miss home. Miss my brother.”
Phillip hugs him tightly. He can’t take away that hurt, but Koda relaxes against him.
