Yeah! I love his arc where he's like "oh shit I don't speak or write Chinese" and works really hard to learn. And Zhao Yunlan trusts him with all his secret library searches ... basically is like "I'm looking for any books that match these 2 characters ... go. Also: hush hush." And he's like "ah, these particular squigglies... leave it to me, boss." There's a great moment where he gives Zhao Yunlan advice, too! I'm glad that his arc didn't end at the part where he schemed to kill his entire village.
