“You look magnificent.” Souma has to a step back, drinking in the sight. Japanese clothing has always suited him, but this is something extraordinary.
“Thank you~! You’re always so ‘nice’ to me!” Kanata giggles.
“I truly mean it!” It’s hard to find the right words; his cheeks burn. “S-seeing you in my own clothing, it feels...very good.”
Kanata smiles broadly, fingertips brushing over the feathered ruff. “I’m happy! Because I feel very ‘good,’ too~!”
“Y-you do?” Something inside Souma leaps.
“Mmhm! Right here~” He sighs, fingers tangled against his chest. “The feathers are sooo soft~ Just like a cloud, hehe!”
