Summary: Methos has a fraught relationship with things that go by water
Methos did not like watercraft. Not when it involved him on or in them in any capacity. (He made an exception for Duncan’s barge, for Duncan’s sake, not the vessel’s.) Not big ocean-going luxury liners, not trim frigates or elegant racing yachts, not tugboats or ferries or fire ships (either kind: for putting out fires or causing them). He really didn't like coracles or kayaks or canoes of any description. Submarines, bathyspheres and glass-bottomed boats were right out. Galleys still gave him nightmares. If it went on the water, he was less than fond.
Spaceships were a different matter entirely.
