Summary: Kate and Clint reunion time
Clint was standing in her doorway and Kate had butterflies in her stomach. If she hadn’t been so relieved to see him she would have felt stupid for feeling that way.
“So, this is your office,” Clint said. He looked around the cramped and cluttered space. Moving away from the doorway, he let the door close behind him with a bang. “Do you live here too?” he asked.
Kate sat on the edge of her desk and crossed her arms in front of her chest. She glanced briefly to her little kitchenette to the left of her desk and frowned. “Don’t be judgey. Money’s been a bit tight these days” she said.
Clint held his hands out. “Not being judgey - just asking a question. Who am I to judge you? Seriously Katie.”
Kate uncrossed her arms and stepped forward. “I missed you Hawkeye.”
Clint smiled and closed the space between them and wrapped his arms around her. “I missed you too Hawkeye. I missed you too.”
